The current restrictions on public life are a challenge for society as a whole, but they hit the retail trade particularly hard. In order to be able to continue to be there for customers despite closed shops, AUDITORIUM has opened what are probably the world's first drive-ins for hi-fi, home cinema and accessories at three locations in Germany. 

 In Hamm, Hamburg and Münster, AUDITORIUM customers can now make their purchases completely contactless, from a replacement for a broken record player needle to urgently needed cables and new loudspeakers. 

The procedure is very simple: specially marked parking spaces are available at each location. Once you have arrived, you dial a specific number and describe your request. The AUDITORIUM staff will then put the desired goods in the car. The staff wear gloves, all surfaces and equipment are regularly disinfected and payment is made contactless by credit or debit card. 

It makes no difference whether goods ordered in advance by telephone or electronically are collected or whether it is a spontaneous visit: the AUDITORIUM experts are happy to advise on the phone and answer all questions.
