CAMBRIDGE EVO CD

The Cambridge Evo series is growing: the popular Evo 75 and Evo 150 streaming amplifiers now get support from the Cambridge Evo CD - a new CD drive. The drive is connected to your Evo streaming amplifier via a system cable. In addition to the digital music signal, the metadata of the CD is also transmitted.

These are sent from the Evo 75 or Evo 150 to an internet database for the practical purpose of showing cover art on the streaming amp's display. Of course, all the other information on the CD is also displayed there. Evo 75 or Evo 150 thus merge into one unit with the new Cambridge Evo CD.

Two other features: The Evo CD can be operated entirely via the remote control of the connected Evo streaming amplifier. In addition, Cambridge does not use the slot-in that has become standard as a CD slot for the CD drive. The Evo CD has a solid CD drawer, as it should be.
