From 28.05.2021 we may welcome you again without a test, proof of vaccination or proof of infection. Please use the Luca app or the Corona warning app to document your visit and understand that without the app we have to collect your contact details. Making an appointment is not required, but encouraged.

Muenster Auditorium

From 21.05.2021 we may welcome you again without a test, proof of vaccination or proof of infection. Please use the Luca app or the Corona warning app to document your visit and understand that we have to collect your contact details without an app. It is not necessary to make an appointment.

Auditorium Hamburg

From 22.05.2021 we welcome you back to the Auditorium Hamburg! Neither a test nor proof of vaccination or a history of Covid 19 disease is required, provided the incidence is below 50. An appointment is also not mandatory. Due to the expected high volume of clients and the specified client limit, we recommend that you book an appointment in your own interest. Please use the Luca App to document your visit and understand that without the App we have to collect your contact details. We look forward to seeing you!

Appointment

You book your personal appointment online. At your local auditorium, a customer advisor will be available for two hours and, if you wish, a listening room for your very own private listening session.

Easily book your appointment: 

1. Book your Click & Meet appointment with a customer advisor using the form below. If you would like to book an appointment with a listening room, please select the option "Private Music Room". Important: Please enter a telephone number or an email address where you can be easily reached and write in the message field on which topic you would like to be advised. You will receive a confirmation from us by email.

2. If there are still questions for your Private Music Room, your personal HiFi consultant will contact you to discuss the desired demonstration. Which products would you like to hear? What music may we prepare? Do you have any specific questions that we can clarify in advance over the phone?

3. Please do not come to our auditorium until shortly before the arranged appointment. Your personal customer advisor will meet you. Of course, our team strictly observes all distance and hygiene rules. Please remember to wear medical mouth and nose protection.
