Perfil

• You have successfully completed a commercial or technical vocational training programme.
• Communication is your strength, and you can explain technical issues in particular in an understandable way. You always remain empathetic in order to offer our customers the best possible support.
• You have a talent for self-organisation and work through your to-dos in a structured and reliable manner. 
• You not only speak business fluent German and good English, but also write it. 
• You have a good knowledge of common Office programmes. 
• You are committed with a strong hands-on mentality, proactively face challenges and develop solutions.

Tareas

• You will support our customers in warranty, guarantee and repair cases by e-mail and telephone.
• As part of spare parts management, you will also liaise with our suppliers and partners and ensure optimum spare parts availability from ordering to customer allocation.
• You will support your technician colleagues with commercial issues.
• The continuous optimisation of processes and the associated root cause analysis is a challenge that you are happy to take on.
