Perfil

• You have successfully completed a commercial or technical vocational training.
• You are highly self-organized and work in a structured and reliable way— even when handling a high volume of returns, you keep a clear overview.
• You approach tasks proactively and enjoy clarifying issues and improving processes.

Tareas

• As part of our technical team, you inspect returned items for integrity and completeness and document the results of your inspections.
• Within spare parts management, you are in contact with our suppliers and partners and ensure optimal availability of spare parts—from ordering through to allocation to customers.
• You identify patterns, contribute to process improvements, and support root-cause analysis to help prevent future issues.
