• You've (almost) finished school, you're a real music freak and you can hear the difference between streamed and analogue music blindfolded. You don't have to google the words live and audiophile. You enjoy direct contact with people and you can imagine selling our customers the best sound and image solution with every consultation.
• Or: You have (almost) finished school and would like to start your career in retail, be in direct contact with customers and appreciate varied tasks. You may not know anything about high-end yet, but you are interested in hi-fi and home cinema and have an affinity for technology. 
• Communication is your strength and you are adaptable - so you can advise our customers from beginners to high-end enthusiasts.
• You are also a team player. You support your colleagues and value working together as partners.
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English.

Attività

• Genuine customer advice: We are often all about speed, but not about hurrying and queuing customers. It's not about the product with the best margin, but about the best solution for the customer. 
• For you, every consultation begins with a needs analysis. If the customer has extensive requirements, a concept is developed before the contract is signed.
• You take care of the stationary brand management of our products. Maintaining and optimising the exhibition is a matter of course for you.
• You will support your colleagues in e-commerce with product-related customer enquiries by email and telephone.
• You look after our customers, partners and friends during events, workshops, trade fairs etc. in the auditorium and at other venues.
