The IsoTek Syncro Uni is a sophisticated DC suppression solution that minimises mains interference and optimises power quality. Its innovative electronics realign the mains sine wave, significantly reducing unwanted vibration and transformer hum. The device can be used on its own to improve individual components or in combination with an IsoTek Power Cleaner as an additional upgrade to ensure a perfectly balanced power supply.

This new version of the proven DC rejection system introduced by IsoTek over 15 years ago now offers 60% more current capacity and reduced impedance. The internal peak current has been increased to 16 amps, allowing for even more reliable performance.

Technical Innovations & Design

The optimized V5 circuit board contains twice as much copper as conventional models, ensuring more efficient power distribution. The high-quality copper-silver capacitors offer a capacity of 75,000µF - many times the specifications of many competitors. The device also has overvoltage protection of up to 500 amps.

The V5 Syncro Uni is specifically designed to eliminate DC interference from the mains voltage. This drastically reduces mechanical vibrations and noise in transformers and other sensitive components. The device can be used as a stand-alone filter or in combination with power distributors.

Why is this important? Modern households are increasingly confronted with direct current loads in the network. Devices such as dimmers, hair dryers, coffee machines, solar systems and e-charging stations are responsible for this. These lead to an asymmetry of the mains sine wave, which leads to noise, power losses and increased transformer heat.

IsoTek's Syncro technology compensates for these mains disturbances and ensures a consistent and clean power supply. This results in improved sound reproduction with more precise bass, increased detail and more clarity. Dynamics are maintained as the power amplifier achieves a more efficient power consumption.

Performance & design: The V5 Syncro Uni 10 board allows an internal current of up to 16A and a maximum power consumption of 3,680W. To ensure constant and reliable function, the input current is limited to 10A.

The robust housing made of steel and aluminum measures 250 x 100 x 85 mm. The internal wiring is based on 6n oxygen-free, silver-plated copper for optimal current flow and minimal resistance. FEP is used as the dielectric, a proven material from the aerospace industry with outstanding insulation properties.

In addition, all IsoTek products are coordinated in their cabling to guarantee a loss-free and consistent power supply.
