Please understand that not all payment methods are available in every country. For our customers outside of Germany, we also offer the following payment methods, depending on the country: iDEAL, Bancontact, in3, Przelewy24, EPS.
Special features: Advance payment
You receive a 2% discount on many devices when paying in advance. Your order will be shipped after your payment has been received in our account.
Special features Cash on delivery
For cash on delivery payments, you pay your DHL courier in cash. We charge a cash on delivery fee of €10. Cash on delivery is only available for orders up to a value of €3,500 and only within Germany.

What shipping methods are offered?
- DHL - free shipping for parcel-sized orders in the EU and Switzerland from €99, otherwise €6.90 per order.
- Shipping company - for large, particularly heavy and sensitive equipment; free shipping in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, 95 euros in the rest of the EU
- DHL Express - included with selected products, for an additional charge for deliveries as follows
- EU and Switzerland: shipping costs €25 for orders up to €2,000; above that amount, shipping is free.
- European non-EU countries: for orders up to €2,000, shipping is €95; above that amount, shipping is free.
- Outside of Europe: for orders up to €2,000, shipping is €200; above that, shipping is free.
- Outside of Europe for shipping items (large, particularly heavy and sensitive equipment): 1,000 euros
- Premium installation - included with selected products in Germany
- Self-collection
Do you deliver to parcel lockers?
Delivery to a parcel locker is possible provided the package dimensions allow it.
How long does shipping take?
If a product is in stock, we usually ship your order within 24 hours (after receipt of payment for orders paid in advance). Delivery time for DHL parcels within Germany is typically 1 to 3 business days. For shipments via freight carrier, delivery time is typically 3 to 5 days.
