They approached the design of their latest phono stage creation from a radically different perspective: "Our primary development goal was and is to meet the highest demands of a hi-fi fan, so sound quality was of course the top priority during development. The remote control with its new memory functions not only enables the audiophile music lover to perfectly tune his pick-up system, but also to act on often frustrating tonal limitations and correct them in real time. After all, vinyl fans know about the sound differences between records with better or worse mastering or pressing quality.”
Many believe that vinyl is the most emotional medium for the reproduction of music. And a perfect new record can sound really wonderful. Since the records in a collection usually show differences in mastering and pressing quality, they always benefit from the possibilities of this phono stage to "brighten" or "calm down" an imperfect record by means of the finest optimizations. With the Phono Signature , these fine adjustments can be made either on the front of the device or from your seat using the remote control.
Cyrus can look back on a long history when it comes to vinyl, as the audiophile phono stage (aEQ7) enriched the Cyrus component family as early as 1998 with the first premium device for vinyl playback. Cyrus is now on the market with what is probably the most extraordinary development, if not to say the most advanced phono preamp that the hi-fi world has seen to date.
