BLUE HEAVEN HEADPHONE CABLE
The Blue Heaven Headphone Cable offers a unique combination of technological innovation, flexibility and strength to create the best interface for mid to high quality headphones. Nordost uses 34 AWG 7/42 conductors twisted in a stranded construction, which increases flexibility, eliminates triboelectric noise in the cable, and improves mechanical damping. Then, using our proprietary micro-mono-filament technology, each conductor is individually wrapped in a strand of FEP before being encased in extruded FEP insulation, dramatically improving the cable's dielectric properties.
To meet the additional demands placed on our headphone cables, Nordost incorporated an aramid fiber into the construction of this cable as a reinforcing element. Aramid fibers serve a dual purpose. Not only do they ensure the mechanical integrity of the cable by transferring stress away from the conductors, but the resonant properties of aramid fibers also improve sound quality.
The Blue Heaven Headphone Cable features a 3.5mm stereo mini plug and comes with a threaded 3.5mm to 6.3mm stereo phono adapter that screws easily and securely onto the original connector can be. Compatible with many popular headphones on the market, the Blue Heaven Headphone Cable is available in 1.25m and 2m lengths.
