Murano Edition - tube amplifier with push-pull technology

The push-pull technology is characterized by active units that work together in pairs and amplify the positive and negative half-waves.

The greatest advantage of this principle lies in the possibility of building amplifiers that achieve a significantly higher performance than their comparable single-ended counterparts.

The push-pull technique requires a very careful conception in order to avoid distortions that could always arise if the amplification of the two half-waves is not identical.

More than a year of concentrated development work went by until Unison had finished the first prototype of the P70 in 2006, and it immediately revealed the critical factors. It still took some time before the P70 and P40 met the strict UNISON specifications in all technical and musical criteria and were able to go into production.

The result is very musical amplifiers, with a very high output for a tube device of this size. The noble design, the front made of Murano glass and the best craftsmanship underline the special character of these components.
