Equipped with a TEAC Pure CD drive provided exclusively for AVM, which is spring-mounted and works with slot-in technology, this CD player offers exceptional sound quality.

Thanks to the numerous digital inputs, including two S/PDIF Coax, two S/PDIF Optical, one USB B asynchronous (galvanically isolated) and one AES/EBU, a wide variety of sources can be connected flexibly. Signal processing is carried out at up to 192 kHz / 24 bit, with a choice of up- or downsampling available for all incoming signals (44.1 kHz/16 bit to 192 kHz/24 bit). Two selectable digital filters, 'smooth' and 'steep', enable the sound to be precisely adjusted to individual preferences.

The separation of the CD drive and audio electronics by a reduced stray field power supply ensures minimal interference and maximizes sound purity. An extensive menu offers, among other things, the option of individually naming the inputs and other personalizations. The large, blue graphic display is dimmable and guarantees optimal readability at all times.

WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS

Special attention is also paid to the network connection. While Wi-Fi works under optimal conditions, a wired LAN connection is recommended to ensure a stable and high-quality connection to the AVM X-Stream Engine. AVM does not guarantee uninterrupted Wi-Fi functionality, as external factors such as security settings or the customer's network structure can have an influence.

It is recommended to place a WiFi repeater with a LAN output socket near the device and to establish a connection via LAN cable. In addition, WiFi routers or repeaters should be placed as far away as possible from interference-prone record players and phono preamplifiers to avoid unwanted interference.
