WLAN functionality

The MP 6.3 supports WLAN, but AVM recommends a wired LAN connection to ensure the best performance and sound benefits. A stable and secure connection between your router and the AVM X-Stream Engine is guaranteed by LAN.

Recommendations for an optimal connection

For a reliable WLAN connection, AVM recommends placing a WLAN repeater with a LAN output socket near the MP 6.3 and connecting it to the device using a LAN cable. Make sure to place WLAN routers or repeaters far away from radiation-sensitive devices such as record players and phono preamplifiers and their connecting cables to avoid interference.
