The EVOLUTION MP 5.3 is a high-end media player that combines innovative technology and comprehensive functionality in a high-quality device.

Streaming made easy, with comprehensive streaming options

The MP 5.3 is equipped with the powerful AVM X-STREAM Engine® . It enables high-resolution streaming up to 384 kHz / 32 bit and supports DSD256. Supported services include AirPlay 2, Spotify Connect, Roon Ready, TIDAL Connect MAX, Qobuz, UPnP and web radio , which allows a wide range of music sources to be used.

Tube Line Stage for warm sound

A special feature of the MP 5.3 is the Tube Line Stage with tubes specially developed for AVM. This ensures a warm, musical sound and offers a view of the tubes during operation through the glass cover in the housing lid.

Precise signal processing through Double Quad DACs

The media player uses Double Quad DACs (ESS 9028 PRO) . Four D/A converters work in parallel per channel to achieve maximum sound fidelity and detail.

High-quality design and intuitive operation

The device is supplied in a screwless aluminium housing, available in silver , black or in the CELLINI version with chrome-plated front. It is operated via the supplied RC 3 aluminium remote control or the RC X app (iOS/Android), which offers functions such as upsampling and filter settings.

Handmade in Germany

Like all AVM devices, the MP 5.3 is manufactured by hand in the factory in Malsch. Strict quality controls and a running-in period of several days ensure that each device is reliable and durable.
