The new Melody X stereo network receiver has 4 power amplifiers of 30 watts each, which can be connected to 2 x 60 watts. The A/B switching enables 2 pairs of speakers with individual volume control.
2 optical digital inputs are available for connecting a television, for example. The automatic connection detection automatically switches to the correct source. A cinch input is available for analogue players. The USB A port offers a charging option for mobile phones and tablets, or the option of connecting an external hard drive.
Radio can be received via DAB/DAB+, FM or Internet, the network connection is made either via cable or WLAN.
When connected to the home network, there are even more options: Heos or Apple Airplay 2 enable synchronous music playback on other WLAN speakers. Tidal, Deezer or Spotify are available as streaming services.
