AVM AS 2.3 All in One

In the tradition of developing compact all-in-one devices with no compromises in terms of sound, the new high-performance integrated amplifier INSPIRATION AS 2.3 was created on the basis of the AVM X-STREAM Engine®. AVM incorporated the concentrated hi-fi experience that goes back to the 90s of the last century. Numerous innovations have been incorporated into the development of the AS 2.3. This includes the new RC X app, which allows full control of the AS 2.3.

Device towers and overflowing tangles of cables are superfluous and all modern connections are still available. For example, you can connect your TV via the HDMI ARC connection and enjoy the ease of use. Digital inputs are available for additional external digital sources. And of course the AVM AS 2.3 has several analog inputs, including the connections for your turntable with MM or MC pickup. The small, strong streaming amplifier is based on the all-in-one flagship CS 8.3 from AVM and is its mini version . The 34 cm narrow screwless precision housing makes the same high-quality impression and does the hi-fi manufacturer AVM great credit.

THE NEW APP

The main focus was on a completely modernized app control: The RC X app is clear and contains all the important functions that you need for intuitive operation. The clearly designed user interface makes managing even large music collections on your NAS or from your preferred streaming service child's play. The AVM RC X app is available for both iOS (Apple) and Android devices.

Streaming at AVM

The new AVM X-STREAM Engine® can stream all high-resolution formats, including DSD (256). This streaming engine is a completely software-based in-house development by AVM. This allows the AS 2.3 to be updated easily and future-proof online. An HDMI (ARC) interface for the convenient connection of your TV set is also on board, as is a modern Bluetooth connection. Additional digital inputs and a USB A interface are also available. Also new are the digital outputs, the level of which can be regulated.
The digital section in the AS 2.3 was completely redesigned as part of the new development. A selected ESS from the new generation (9038 Q 2 M) is used as the digital/analogue converter, which has an effect on all digital areas and is at the forefront in terms of sound.

HIGH QUALITY ANALOG INPUT STAGE

Another focus was on the high-performance phono input stage for MM and MC. This high-precision input stage was completely redesigned for use in the compact AS 2.3. The ideal interface saves you the purchase of an external phono amplifier and ensures high-quality analogue performance even with high-quality turntables, such as the AVM Rotation.

MADE IN GERMANY

The AS 2.3 is available in aluminum silver or black or as an elegant CELLINI version with a chrome-plated and hand-polished front. Like all AVM INSPIRATION devices, the AS 2.3 are also made entirely by hand in the Malsch factory. The vast majority of suppliers, for example for the precise housing parts, are also based in the immediate vicinity. Intensive quality controls during all production steps and a break-in period of several days for EVERY device ensure the AVM promise of maximum reliability and are an example of good German hi-fi quality.
