With the small, elegant FM8 infrared remote control, all series 8 devices can be operated remotely in their basic functions. It can switch the entire system on, off or mute and has all the buttons for operating the device functions of the DAC 8 DSD and the MP 8. A numeric keypad is not available due to its small size.
The keys are arranged in logical function blocks, and operation is made very easy by the clear labeling. The use of our MusicNavigator app is necessary for full operation of all system functions.
The housing is made of aluminum in a special process, glass bead blasted and anodized.
The built-in lithium-ion battery can be charged via a USB socket on the MP 8 or a standard USB power supply unit.
