Linn Organics for Klimax DS/DSM
The organic upgrade is available for Klimax DS/DSM. For Klimax DS (2007), Klimax DS/1, Klimax DSM (2007) or Klimax DSM/1 that have not yet received an EXAKT upgrade, the upgrade is planned at the Linn factory in Glasgow. All other Klimax DS/DSM will receive their upgrade in the auditorium.
Installation of the upgrades:
We take care of the complete installation of the upgrades. In the case of loudspeakers, we can also do this at your location (possibly at an additional cost). Amplifiers etc. can be sent to us free of charge. In this case, we carry out the installation of the upgrades in our auditorium. Feel free to ask a seller and request a quote.
Linn Proprietary DAC Architecture
In order to further develop the sound, Linn is now breaking new ground: the complete development of its own DAC architecture. This means that anyone who owns an Organic DAC in one of their Klimax products hears music reproduced exclusively via a playback chain fully controlled by Linn. The own DAC chip represents the last piece of the puzzle that Linn has basically been working on for 50 years now, for optimal playback.
Linn organic DAC upgrade
With the new Linn Klimax and its Organic DAC, a whole new type of music reproduction moved into the hi-fi studios and finally also into the listening rooms of the music fans. Those who know Linn already knew that this will not be all. The sensational Organic DAC is now also available as an upgrade for the existing Klimax Digital products. Even the very first Klimax units from 2007 can be updated with Linn Organics. Suddenly the 25-year-old Klimax can also stream DSD 256 and 24Bit/384kHz.
