What's new?

The new BluOS streaming module has eight times the processing power and four times the storage speed compared to the previous generation.
The PULSE SOUNDBAR+ also supports Dolby Atmos, with the wireless surround speakers being controlled via a separate WiFi connection.
The revision of the operating concept allows the most important device functions to be controlled via the new touch panel on the front.

With high-resolution 24-bit audio processing, eight loudspeaker chassis and 120 watts of output power, the PULSE SOUNDBAR+ offers playback in audiophile sound quality with a bass foundation that is astonishingly deep and clearly contoured given the compact dimensions. Home cinema fans in particular will be pleased that the soundbar can also be connected wirelessly to the PULSE SUB+ for more volume and pressure in the deep bass.

Diversity in every way!

Almost any audio source can be connected to the PULSE SOUNDBAR+ - a variety of wireless, digital and analog connection options are available:

TV set or games console via HDMI eARC, smartphones or laptops via Apple AirPlay 2 and bidirectional Bluetooth aptX HD, external audio sources via Toslink, cinch or USB as well as music streaming services and your own music library wirelessly via our proprietary high-resolution BluOSTM streaming system.

This can also be upgraded to a multiroom system with up to 63 other BluOS players from Bluesound and other brands (e.g. NAD) and integrated into numerous professional home automation systems (e.g. Crestron, Control4, ELAN, KNX, ...).

PULSE SUB+

Wireless active subwoofer

The compact active subwoofer PULSE SUB+ largely corresponds to its predecessor in format and shape, but otherwise no stone was left unturned. For the first time, the PULSE SUB+ is integrated into the home network as an independent player, just like the other Bluesound products. The assignment to the desired loudspeaker is carried out - as well as most other settings - conveniently and centrally via the BluOSTM app installed on a smartphone, tablet, PC or Mac. Apart from the mains cable, a cable connection is no longer required, but can alternatively be used via the cinch input of the SUB+ if required.

Also new are the significantly larger woofers with a diameter of 200 mm and the significantly more powerful output stage with 200 watts of pulse power. The chassis with its particularly light and strong polypropylene membrane and the amplifier are perfectly matched with the help of the integrated digital sound processor and ensure powerful, dynamic bass reproduction in small to medium-sized living rooms.

However, Bluesound has retained the versatile installation options for the PULSE SUB+: Thanks to its housing, which is only 15 cm deep, it can be hung on the wall in addition to the standard placement, inconspicuously behind hide it in a curtain or put it under the sofa. A wall mount is included.

Home cinema sound with rich bass

The PULSE SOUNDBAR 2i is impressive on its own with powerful and energetic bass reproduction, but in combination with the PULSE SUB+, the home cinema front speaker becomes a fully-fledged home cinema system that can be expanded with two PULSE FLEX 2i for the surround channels. Like the SOUNDBAR 2i, the PULSE SUB+ is most easily controlled via the BluOS Controller App.

Feel the bass

Relieve your PULSE SOUNDBAR 2i from playing the low frequencies so that your home cinema sounds even more powerful and balanced. Once the PULSE SUB+ has been connected, the bass signals are transmitted wirelessly from the soundbar to the SUB+. With a continuous output of 150 watts and a 200 mm woofer, the PULSE SUB+ guarantees deep, dynamic bass reproduction.

Compact design

Thanks to its compact design and wireless control, you can easily place the PULSE SUB+ anywhere in your living room. No matter where it is - the SUB+ will always convince you with a powerful bass foundation.

Discreet placement

The scope of delivery of the PULSE SUB+ includes a wall bracket with which the subwoofer SUB+ can be placed discreetly behind your furniture or curtains. Due to its low height, it can also be hidden under a lot of seating furniture.
