Productinformation
Product information 2Yu Digital interface for Hugo 2Go
Productnumber

207751

2yu is an advanced digital audio interface for the Chord 2go. Together, 2go and 2yu act as a fully-fledged standalone streamer that can be used with external DACs and other devices such as the Chord M Scaler (up to 768 kHz). 2yu connects directly to 2go to add optical S/PDIF, coaxial and BNC digital outputs (both 75 ohms) from TOSLINK, as well as a cleverly integrated USB-A output. 2yu has 2,000 MIPS (million instructions per second) processing power, an integrated sample rate converter and low-jitter audio phase-locked loop. The combination of 2go and 2yu is extremely flexible in its potential applications and is also ideal for discrete streaming solutions based on Roon: the duo can be connected to an Ethernet port and stream music in any room. 2yu on its own can also be used as a high quality USB to digital audio converter with PCs and Macs. Like all Chord Electronics products, 2yu is hand-made in the UK. Like the Hugo 2, 2yu features four colour-lit spherical controls that control output selection, power, mute and dimming.

Compatibility: To use 2yu you will need a Chord Electronics 2go. (Use with PC/MAC via USB is also possible to a limited extent).

Power supply: Micro USB (minimum 5V, 1 amp required)

PCM and DSD support: 44.1 kHz - 768 kHz (16 bit - 32 bit) / DSD 64 to DSD 256 (via DoP)
