TWO WOOFERS FOR CLEAR BASS
The Chorus 716 two-and-a-half-way floorstanding loudspeaker makes the most of the premium 2.5-way HiFi configuration. The sound unfolds its full effect in your listening room thanks to a dynamic mid-range driver, a deep bass range and high resilience. There is an opening in the lower part of the front of the speaker to reduce distortion and ensure faithful reproduction of the low-frequency sound.
The two 16.5 cm woofers work in parallel in the bass (only the upper woofer produces mid-range tones) for powerful bass that is ideal for rooms up to 30 square meters
PRODUCT INFORMATION IN DETAIL
Clearly defined midrange:
Focal's exclusive Polyglass technology uses cellulose pulp with glass microspheres for the membrane. Thanks to this process, the excellent sound insulation of paper can be combined with the strength of glass. Balancing mass, rigidity, and damping results in remarkable frequency response linearity. Another effect is the significantly higher resolution in the middle pitch.
Soft, precise sound:
The TNV2 tweeter features a Poron surround, taken directly from the Utopia range speakers! The ultra-lightweight shape memory material resists sag and wear over time, reducing distortion and providing a flat frequency response. This results in a softer, more precise sound with greater harmony and a more precise sound image.
Modern design:
The design features that have made this range so successful have been retained - flawless woodwork, non-parallel sidewalls, strong front and reinforcements as numerous as they are effective. The original design has been reinterpreted in a sophisticated way: sharp corners and strict lines give way to softer edges and a flowing design that is more in line with current trends. Due to the high quality of the assembly, bumps are smoothed out and the selected materials make the loudspeaker appear harmonious and simple.
French elegance:
The Chorus 700 range is 'Made in France' and available in a black or white design where the leather covered body is combined with either black or white high gloss side panels. The extremely appealing design combines stylish design with timeless elegance. For lovers of more classic finishes, there is the Chorus 700 with a walnut finish
