The KC62's twin drivers are powered by a custom-designed 1,000W RMS (2 x 500W) Class D amplifier, providing exceptional control and the ability to deliver sudden bursts of power when needed, such as when enjoying your favorite action sequence at high volume.

The KC62 blends effortlessly into any environment and listening room. The five preset Room Placement EQ functions ensure consistent performance no matter where you place it: in open space, against a wall, in a corner, in a closet, or in the special Apartment mode.

The KC62's connectivity options allow it to be used with virtually any audio system, with KEF SmartConnect and speaker-level inputs eliminating any connection headaches. The line output with HPF allows for exceptional, fine-tuned adjustment. The KC62 is also compatible with the KW1, enabling easy wireless connection.

P-Flex (aka Origami surround)
The P-Flex driver surround features a unique pleated design inspired by origami, the Japanese art of paper folding. It's engineered to better withstand the acoustic pressure within the cabinet and allow the driver to move more precisely than conventional surround designs. The result is better depth distribution and more precise and detailed bass reproduction.
