The HDAM circuit developed by Marantz has been further optimized for the CD 60: The components are now arranged symmetrically on the circuit board and a more direct signal path has been created. Thus, compared to the previous models, an improved soundstage has been created to offer you the most musical sound.

high current power supply

Compared to previous models in this class, the power supply of the CD 60 is equipped with fast high-current Schottky diodes, optimized high-current storage capacitors and improved voltage regulators. Oversized capacitors in the power supply ensure higher current stability and lower noise in demanding listening situations.

Play Hi-Res audio from USB sources

The CD 60 can play files in MP3, WMA, AAC and WAV, FLAC HD, ALAC, AIFF (up to 192 kHz/24 bit) and DSD (up to 5.6 MHz) formats from a connected USB storage medium.
