This preamplifier is a used device in good condition.
The NAC 282 preamplifier is supplied with the NAPSC power supply, which is solely responsible for supplying its digital switching network. The audio circuits of the NAC 282, on the other hand, are fed by either a NAP 155 XS or NAP 200 power amplifier. The flexible NAC 282 can also be optionally upgraded with an external power supply such as the HiCap or the SuperCap, which ensures even more transparency and musicality.

Low-resonance circuit boards and anti-vibration feet prevent signal quality from being impaired by microphony and thus ensure higher sound quality.
All functions of the NAC 282 are controlled by a microprocessor that is only activated for operating procedures and is otherwise switched off. Protection circuits monitor the power supply and ensure that the preamplifier is safely switched off in the event of a power failure.
A very user-friendly feature is the configurable Smart IR system, which allows control of several Naim components from a single remote control. Two of the six inputs are available not only as DIN sockets - which we prefer due to better grounding and impedance matching - but also as RCA sockets, which makes it easier to use third-party devices and other connecting cables. A unity gain input is available for using the NAC 282 with an AV processor.
