Converting the high-end performance of the 800 Series Diamond to the CI 800 Series was the biggest challenge for B&W engineers. The challenge was to ensure the high performance of the popular 800 Series and transfer it to the CI Series. Much of the time was invested in improving materials. They tried to achieve the best possible structure, which was verified by constantly reviewing the results. Similar attention was given to the BackBoxes. These were processed to ensure improved performance. The BackBoxes have bi-wiring cables that run through pipes to the connection terminal.
