Faithful to the history of Italian violin making and its own innovative spirit, Il Cremonese pays homage to the great Antonio Stradivari.

the result of scientific research and deep passion.
THE STRADIVARI VIOLIN
Inspired by the shape of Lilium, Il Cremonese pays homage to Antonio Stradivari's most famous creation. The structure, with five non-parallel walls, and the sides applied to the case, require careful finishing, just like a musical instrument: from the bending and shaping of the wood to the treatment of the precious Avional finishes.
THE ORETIC PERFECTION
This is what we have in mind when designing the 'acoustic environment' of each individual transducer. Each volume is insulated with a variety of materials, from open-cell thermoplastic foam to fibrous materials similar to the felt used in pianos. For each specific application, the most suitable material or materials are selected.

This atypical form of Sonus faber represents an evolution towards technological and visual innovation while preserving the historical milestones that have marked the history of violin making and the history of the Sonus faber brand itself.
