Even with the smallest floorstanding speaker model in the new Confidence series, the DDC sound beaming technology is groundbreaking

The Confidence 30: a modern three-way floor-standing loudspeaker that stands for pure joy of playing from the very first moment. It is both a worthy successor to the previous Confidence models and a representative of a new generation of innovative loudspeaker technology.

Like the other models in the series, the Confidence 30 is equipped with the completely redesigned Esotar3 tweeter. It represents insights we gained in developing the award-winning 'anniversary tweeter' Esotar Forty. In addition to the optimized airflow technology, the new neodymium magnet system and the ingenious, resonance-reducing inner dome Hexis should be mentioned here.

Additional features include two new NeoTec woofers made of MSP with a diameter of 18 cm (which also have powerful neodymium magnet systems and sophisticated methods for controlling the air flow); the new, extremely stable and particularly stiff Compex baffle; a completely new midrange driver (15 cm diameter) with the new, sound-guiding-optimized Horizon surround; the new, downward-facing bass reflex port. and the next generation of sound beaming technology DDC (Dynaudio Directivity Control), which also includes the brilliantly designed DDC lens around the tweeter.

All components of the Confidence 30 (even the sealing rings and screws with which the baffle is attached) function as a harmoniously integrated part of the DDC platform. It reduces reflections on the floor and the ceiling and at the same time ensures a balanced, precise sound image in the horizontal plane. For you this means that you can set up and enjoy these speakers in larger rooms without the need for acoustic measures, special wall or floor coverings or other interventions. Instead, just enjoy music - and hear what the artist wanted. Then nothing.

Developed and engineered in Denmark
The Jupiter measuring room is located in the Dynaudio Labs. Here the confidence was subjected to intensive and comprehensive tests. Hundreds of hours have been invested in technical analysis and critical listening. In the end there were the best loudspeakers Dynaudio has ever developed.

The new Esotar3 tweeter
The next chapter in a legend. A wealth of detail, finesse and performance: the new Esotar3 has been optimized in every respect. An important part of this tweeter is the Hexis inner dome - an ingenious component that reduces unwanted resonances. There are also innovations in the selection of materials, the control of the air flow and other aspects.

Next generation DDC technology
Dynaudio Directivity Control is the technology platform for optimizing sound radiation. For the Confidence it has been rethought and expanded to include the DDC Lens - a unique waveguide whose special design ensures that the music finds its way to where it should be: to your ears.
