NAD M27 7-Channel final amplifier

The NAD PowerDriveÖ circuit enables the M27 to provide very high dynamic power, which means that the amplifier has absolute control over the loudspeakers even at low impedances. Designed for 180 watts of continuous power per channel, the M27 is able to deliver over 300 watts of dynamic power per channel - on all channels simultaneously. If necessary, more than 600 watts per channel flow into the most demanding loudspeakers. In order to protect the loudspeakers from damage by so-called clipping in extreme cases, the M27 has the exclusive NAD SoftClippingÖ circuit.

The M27 easily follows even the most complex dynamic peaks in film and music. Everything, from the slightest stroke of a piano side to the deafening impact of a meteorite, sounds deceptively real and puts the listener directly into the acoustic action - even with the latest high-resolution digital soundtracks. Completely efficient and with extremely low power dissipation.

Distortion values below the measurement limit are made possible by the latest nCoreÖ amplifier technology in the M27. It ensures an extremely high damping factor with absolute stability on every loudspeaker. The inputs of the M27 are completely symmetrical XLR, which is also used in professional recording studios and sound systems for good reason. Firmly locking connectors and the special interface electronics enable even long cable runs without signal loss and without any noise. For the combination with preamplifiers without XLR outputs, the M27 can also be controlled unbalanced via cinch.

The performance of the hybrid digital amplifier technology in the M27 is absolutely outstanding. The technical data are only exceeded by its sound performance.
