An ambitious phono stage that bridges the gap between the Black Cube series and the top-of-the-line Silver Cube: this is our Decade. Nevertheless, he is more of a high-flyer than a stopgap. Thanks to cutting-edge technology, it has the gift of pampering even the most discerning music enthusiast. And with a flawless sound that goes far beyond its price range.

It doesn't matter whether you keep playing your favorite LPs or like to discover unknown records, whether you are alone or celebrating your music in a group of friends - the Decade impresses in every situation with a harmonious play of passionate temperament and precise drawing. Because that's what we created it for: for you and your very own musical fireworks.

Audiophile all along the line

It goes without saying that we selected the components for the Decade with the utmost care. The input stages used, for example, ensure an amazingly low-noise playback. It is not for nothing that they can also be found in absolutely high-quality mixing consoles and microphone preamplifiers from manufacturers of professional studio electronics. The highly accurate, passive RIAA equalization network is sandwiched between two linear gain stages and is implemented using precision, low-loss MKP capacitors. As a result, impulses, dynamics and timbres can reach the music lover absolutely unadulterated.

With your music enjoyment in mind, we've also developed the PWX II power supply to give you even more power. This power supply with inductances at critical points supplies the Decade with very low-noise DC voltages. As with the Silver Cube, it is connected to the audio device via a shielded cable with Neutrik connectors. Since the PWX II power supply is backward compatible with the PWX power supply, you can also connect the audio parts of the Black Cube series. There is a second exit for this purpose.

Focus on flexibility

Of course, the Decade can also be adapted to your needs with numerous settings. You can even connect exotic MCs to this outstanding phono stage without any problems - the maximum amplification of 66 dB is completely sufficient for this. So that every MC system, no matter how extraordinary, can find its suitable conclusion, there is a free slot for an optional impedance. You also have the option of setting the input capacities individually. The discrete Class A output stage with high quiescent current ensures an open, fast sound image and can also drive longer cables without any problems.

The switches for the gain adjustment and a switchable "soft bass rolloff filter" are conveniently operated via toggle switches on the front. The functions themselves are controlled by high-quality relays inside the housing.
