THE DIRECT-DRIVEN THORENS TD 403 DD
With the new TD 403 DD model, Thorens expands its 400 Series line of direct-drive plug-and-play turntables. Visually a true Thorens, the new TD 403 DD features the same proven, smooth-running drive as the successful TD 402 DD, but sets itself apart from its smaller brother with a more substantial 1.4 kg, 22 mm thick cast aluminum turntable platter and the audiophile TP 150 tonearm, also featured in the new TD 1500 model.
Also included as standard is a high-quality, pre-aligned 2M Blue cartridge from Danish cartridge specialist Ortofon. Featuring a naked diamond stylus with an elliptical stylus cut, this cartridge proves to be a suitable partner.
By omitting any automatic functions and featuring integrated phono equalization, the TD 403 DD is an audiophile record player for discerning tastes.
