The ST60 is far more than a simple network player: It's the digital center of your music collection—whether you access local media servers, streaming platforms, or mobile devices. The integrated ESS Sabre ESS9038K2M DAC ensures exceptionally precise conversion and enables playback of high-resolution formats up to 24-bit/192 kHz, as well as DSD, via network or USB.

Comprehensive streaming compatibility

The ST60 supports a variety of popular streaming services and platforms. In addition to Apple AirPlay 2 and Google Chromecast, Spotify Connect and Tidal Connect are also directly integrated. Thanks to Roon Ready certification, the ST60 is ideal for integration into complex streaming setups with a centralized music library.

The free MusicLife app for iOS and Android allows convenient control via smartphone or tablet. Alternatively, the classic IR remote control is also available. The network connection can be established either via Ethernet (RJ45) or Wi-Fi.

High resolution, wide range of formats

The Arcam ST60 is designed for the highest sound fidelity and supports all common audio formats – including WAV, FLAC, AIFF, MP3, AAC, OGG, WMA, ALAC, MQA, and DSD. Files can be played over the network (UPnP/DLNA), via streaming services, or directly from a USB mass storage device.

The digital output also benefits from clean signal processing. This allows the ST60 to be used as a pure transport device and combined with an external DAC—ideal for purists who prefer a modular playback chain.

Analog and digital connection variety

The ST60's output stage offers both balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA outputs, allowing high-quality integration into any hi-fi system. Coaxial and optical digital outputs are available for additional flexibility. If desired, the integrated DAC can be bypassed and an external converter used.

The rear USB-A port allows the connection of external drives with audio files, while a trigger input as well as RS232 and IP control enable integration into smart home and multi-room systems.

High-quality workmanship and operation

The aluminum housing with its clean front line and the centrally positioned OLED display convey elegance and clarity at the same time. Operation is possible via the included remote control, the front buttons, the app, or network-based control systems.

The volume output can be configured to be fixed or variable, so that the ST60 can also be operated directly with active speakers or power amplifiers – without any preamplifier.
