The latest version of the Klimax LP12 reference turntable offers an even more musical and perfect performance.
This is thanks to the hyper-precise speed management technology, whisper-quiet power rails, and innovative motor design that together form the new radical. In addition, the extensive experiments of the Linn team in the field of materials science achieved a higher level of sound fidelity, culminating in the groundbreaking Ecstatic pickup.

New Radikal - motor control unit, motor and power supply
- Sustained rotation closer to 33 1 / 3rpm than ever before thanks to a high-precision and responsive FPGA-controlled motor control unit.
- New housing decouples the engine more effectively from the deck.
- The completely new 6-layer circuit board design enables shorter signal paths and leads to our lowest noise floor to date.
- Quieter, regulated supply lines have the additional effect that our Urika / Urika II phono stages sound even better.
Ekstatik - the flagship among the MC pickups
- Skeletonized housing for ideal overall dimensions.
- The unique construction creates an excellent synergy with the Ekos SE headshell, which dissipates unwanted resonances through the sub-chassis.
- Micro-ridge needle on sapphire boom results in fewer losses between the needle and the generator.
- Requires at least 15 hours of break-in time; Linn has found that performance continues to improve and peaks after around 40 hours.
