Technics introduces the new SL-1210G Direct Drive turntable. The new SL-1210G model inherits all the tried and tested technical specifications of the SL-1200G and enriches the Technics turntable portfolio with another future classic.

The SL-1210G has the following features and technical specifications:
- Direct drive motor without an iron core with a double-rotor structure ensures absolutely smooth drive and constant, powerful torque
- Hybrid speed control with Hall sensor controls the rotor position with high precision and ensures perfect synchronization for optimal sound reproduction
- Highly sensitive and at the same time robust tonearm made of cold-drawn magnesium with high internal damping. Extremely precisely manufactured tonearm bearings with milled bearing shells offer absolutely sensitive mobility in order to accurately capture even the finest music signals in the record groove
- Three-layer platter construction with effective damping of sound-damaging vibrations supports distortion-free scanning of the record. Each individual turntable is meticulously and perfectly balanced in the factory
- Four-layer frame: An extremely torsion-resistant construction with a particularly heavy aluminum cover plate and high-damping silicone layers for effective suppression of resonances offer the best conditions for captivating, unadulterated scanning of the finest details of every record
