The Cyrus Cyrus 8.2 DAC Qx is powered by a 330VA power supply and offers an enormous 70 watts of output power per channel. Thanks to its 24-bit/192 kHz upsampling in the DAC, it gets the best from all digital sources. The amplifier unit uses the same technology as the multiple award winner Cyrus 8a. Additionally, a DAC module, advanced circuitry and a regulated power supply were used to achieve the highest possible reproduction in detail and accuracy.
For even better results, additionally use the PSX-R external power supply to ensure that all signals within the device remain unaffected by other processes. Like all other Cyrus products, the Cyrus Cyrus 8.2 DAC Qx can be controlled via the unique MC-Bus system.
