With the MX-5200, Yamaha offers a dedicated multi-channel power amplifier designed for high power reserves, stability, and long-term operational reliability. As a classic multi-channel power amplifier, the Yamaha MX-5200 completely forgoes preamplifier or signal processing functions. It provides eight discrete power amplifier channels that serve exclusively to amplify the signals supplied by the preamplifier.
This clear understanding of roles allows for flexible system design, as the MX-5200 can be combined with various AV preamplifiers or surround processors. At the same time, the separate construction ensures clean signal processing without unnecessary internal complexity.
