The pure CD drive remains true to the EVO series and can only be operated as an addition to the EVO 75 and EVO 150. The connection is made using the supplied system cable. Just as EVO 75 and EVO 150 owners are used to (through the streaming client), the cover is also shown on the display of the EVO 75 or EVO 150 via the EVO CD. The information from the CD, the table of content, is transferred to a database and the cover information is retrieved. This makes CD playback just as convenient as streaming music directly to the EVO 75 or EVO 150. A combination of the EVO CD with a device outside the EVO series or another manufacturer is not possible.
