High-precision, selected ball bearings for the vertical and horizontal axis ensure that the Clearaudio Universal follows the specifications of the pickup without having a 'life of its own' and that it scans every record groove without vibrations. The carbon tonearm tube is ultra-stiff but light and offers maximum stability and smooth tracking. The exact and comfortable fine adjustment of azimuth and VTA is child's play. With the help of the optionally available VTA-LIFTER, the VTA can even be set during playback. The Clearaudio Universal is compatible with almost all common pickups that can be installed or changed in a few simple steps. A fine scale on the attachment of the tonearm counterweight makes the precise adjustment of the tracking force ingeniously easy.
The Clearaudio Universal is available in both 9-inch and 12-inch lengths.
