Timeless elegance
The THORENS TD 103 A was specially developed for demanding music lovers who do not want to miss out on the convenience of a fully automatic machine.
By adapting the surface finishes “black high gloss” and “walnut high gloss”, the design typical for THORENS succeeds in clearly presenting the brand identity and thus the values of high sound quality combined with a long service life.
The tried and tested TP 19-2 tonearm features the finest bearing technology. The bearing play and the friction coefficient have been significantly reduced compared to its predecessor by using higher quality bearings and the tonearm cables have been upgraded with a better design.
The now removable headshell is fitted with a 2M Red from Danish pickup specialist Ortofon. A high-quality RCA cable is also included in the delivery, which is connected to the new connection terminal of the TD 103 A with gold-plated RCA sockets.
