The ARCAM AVA25 AV receiver stands for uncompromising sound quality, innovative technology, and decades of expertise in high-end audio. Developed in Cambridge, UK, and based on nearly 50 years of experience in audio engineering, this 9-channel amplifier combines powerful performance with exceptional precision. Discerning home theater and music enthusiasts will benefit from a sound reproduction that is equally detailed, dynamic, and emotionally engaging.
At the heart of the AVA25 lies ARCAM's proprietary Class AB amplification system. This ensures a particularly musical, warm, and controlled sound reproduction. Thanks to its 9 x 100 watts at 8 ohms, the AV receiver delivers ample power reserves and effortlessly drives demanding speaker systems. Configurations such as 7.1.2 or 5.1.4 are easily supported, and the system can be expanded to up to 16 channels – ideal for additional height, surround, or subwoofer speakers.
State-of-the-art 3D audio formats such as Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, IMAX Enhanced, and AURO-3D create an impressive, three-dimensional sound field. Sounds are precisely positioned in the room, and even the finest details are clearly rendered. This experience is further enhanced by Dirac Live room correction, which precisely adapts the sound to the acoustic properties of the room. Dirac Live Bass Control and Active Room Treatment can be integrated as optional extras to further optimize performance.
The ARCAM AVA25 also excels in connectivity. HDMI 2.1a with support for 8K/60Hz and 4K/120Hz guarantees maximum future-proofing. Dynamic HDR formats such as Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and HLG are supported, as are gaming features like VRR and ALLM. Streaming is convenient via Apple AirPlay, Google Cast, Spotify Connect, Tidal Connect, or Qobuz Connect. Furthermore, the device is Roon Ready and supports high-resolution audio formats up to 24-bit/192kHz.
The generously sized, high-resolution 6.5-inch color display ensures exceptionally user-friendly operation. Status information and metadata remain clearly visible even from a distance. The intuitive menu navigation and the ARCAM Radia app enable easy setup and control via iOS, Android, or Windows devices. Bluetooth 5.4 with Snapdragon Sound and Auracast also guarantees stable, high-quality wireless audio transmission.
The overall package is rounded off by sustainable, plastic-free packaging and extensive accessories including a measuring microphone, remote control and region-specific power cable.
