Its special shape with a narrower front and wider side radius creates a larger contact surface with the groove walls of the record. This improves tracking ability and ensures particularly high sound fidelity.

High-quality workmanship

Each SPU GTX pickup is handcrafted in Denmark by experienced specialists. The housing and base cover are made of a glass fiber reinforced co-polymer, which is used for the first time in the SPU series. This one-piece housing protects the sensitive generator unit and ensures a resonance-free construction for optimal sound reproduction.
