The turntable is factory-equipped with the renowned Ortofon 2M Red MM cartridge. This impresses with its high output voltage, precise tracking, and dynamic sound. The elliptical stylus ensures detailed reproduction, effortlessly capturing even the finest nuances in the music.
Precise technology for stable running behavior
A special highlight is the quiet motor with electronic speed control. Switching between 33, 45, and even 78 rpm is done conveniently at the touch of a button – without changing the belt. This makes the model suitable for LPs as well as singles and shellac records (with an optional round belt).
The combination of a sub-platter and a solid, low-resonance acrylic platter noticeably improves smoothness and minimizes unwanted vibrations. The system is complemented by a high-quality carbon tonearm tube, which is particularly torsionally rigid and effectively suppresses sound-damaging resonances.
Sophisticated design meets easy handling
The tonearm can be precisely balanced using a finely adjustable counterweight. The anti-skating system with weight guide ensures precise tracking and long, record-protecting operation. The integrated start/stop switch with LED display makes operation intuitive and convenient.
The included dust cover , the high-quality centering adapter for singles, and the ready-to-connect phono cable with ground wire complete the sophisticated package. For even better sound, an upgrade to Pro-Ject's proprietary Connect It phono cable is easily possible.
Technical sophistication in a compact format
The device also impresses in terms of energy efficiency and compatibility. Power consumption in standby mode is less than 0.5 watts, and the included power adapter can be used worldwide thanks to its 100–240V input voltage.
