Our classic

An external phono preamplifier is indispensable if the existing amplifier does not have a connection for a turntable or the built-in phono preamplifier does not meet the quality requirements of the music lover. The connection is then made to a high-level input of the amplifier.

Flexible: Every pickup plays best in the optimal electrical environment. It is therefore an advantage if a phono preamplifier can be sensitively adjusted to the requirements of the pickup in terms of the terminating capacity, the terminating resistance and its gain.

Unusual in this price range, the device has a wide range of setting options for the termination capacity of MM, moving iron and high-output MC pickups as well as the terminating resistor for low-output MC pickups. The amplification can be set in four stages. The gain setting is not linked to an operating mode. All settings can be used for the operating modes MM and MC.
