Thanks to its sophisticated design and high-quality components, the RPM 1 delivers impressive sound performance. The low-resonance chassis is made of compacted wood fibers and stands firmly on three conical feet—a solid foundation for precise tracking and interference-free music enjoyment.
A key feature is the freestanding 15V synchronous motor with precision generator and DC power supply. This combination minimizes vibration and ensures exceptionally smooth turntable rotation—a quality feature rarely found in this price range.
The inverted turntable bearing with ceramic ball minimizes mechanical interference and ensures smooth operation. Additionally, the turntable itself is made of compacted wood fiber material with a felt mat. For those who place even greater value on aesthetics, an elegant acrylic platter is available separately.
Another highlight is the newly developed S-shaped 8.6-inch tonearm. It is made of an innovative composite material made of carbon, aluminum, and synthetic resin. Special high-pressure manufacturing ensures maximum rigidity while simultaneously providing optimal resonance damping. The tonearm is ideally suited for MM and MC cartridges and offers maximum flexibility for fine-tuning thanks to its diverse adjustment options (azimuth, VTA).
Thanks to magnetic anti-skating, a TPE-damped counterweight, and high-quality tonearm bearings, the RPM 1 delivers sound quality that far exceeds its price range. Whether with or without the pre-installed Sumiko Oyster MM cartridge, this turntable is a true sonic marvel with character.
