With the Prestige series, Michi redefines the entry point into its brand world. Instead of compromises, the focus here is on a conscious reduction to the essentials: technology conceived from the Reference line – and consistently developed further in a more accessible form. The Michi Prestige X430 integrated amplifier and the Michi Prestige Q430 CD player mark the beginning of this new line.
What remains is the ambition. Generously sized power supplies, clearly structured and separate signal paths, and a mechanical design focused on quietness and stability also characterize the Prestige series. A technical signature that hasn't been simplified, but rather precisely translated – for an entry-level product that feels like a Michi from the very beginning.
Michi Prestige X430 – Control, performance and connectivity in balance
The Prestige X430 is an integrated Class AB amplifier designed for power and stability. With 210 watts per channel into 8 ohms or 340 watts into 4 ohms, it drives even demanding loudspeakers with control and dynamics. A high-current output stage and the generously sized, custom-designed toroidal transformer form the technical foundation.

The Prestige Q430 is a dedicated CD player designed for clean, stable playback. A precisely mounted tray drive and a multi-stage regulated power supply form the basis for quiet signal processing and high detail fidelity.
At its core is the ESS SABRE ES9028PRO DAC, which operates in differential stereo mode. Multiple DAC sections are used in parallel for each channel – resulting in exceptionally clean conversion and a clearly structured sound image.
