Completely new tweeter with top technologies
The new 600 S3 series introduces a completely new tweeter dome, the titanium dome. This replaces the aluminum double dome that was used in previous generations.
The new tweeter benefits from the membrane mounting plate the same size as the 700 S3 for better, more open radiation. It also features a new tweeter grille, in the design of the recently introduced 800 Signature series. This is acoustically more open than before and ensures even better imaging.
The tweeter is significantly elongated. Equipped with a tube system that is adapted to the lower resonance frequency of the dome and results in a freer and more open sound that is less 'case-bound'.

Improved arrangement of the drivers, with the tweeter and the drivers for the midrange and mid-low range placed closer together to achieve a better musical image. The case itself also has stiffer internal bracing.
Continuum bass-midrange and mid-range drivers
Continuum membrane chassis are used in every model. 700 S3 magnet systems are used in the woofers/midrange drivers across the entire product range.
Bass membrane and magnetic drive
Cardboard membrane woofers are used in the 603 S3.
The magnet systems from the 700 S3 improve performance.

The new connection terminals are derived from the 700 series in design, arrangement and contact type.
Improved crossovers
All crossovers receive the improvements with the bypass capacitors that were last used in the 700 series.
