The Piega Premium 701 represents the flagship of the Premium series and sets new standards in sound and design. It features the PIEGA LDR3056 ribbon tweeter for the first time, ensuring exceptionally fine detail and precise reproduction of every note. Even the most demanding musical passages are reproduced clearly, spatially, and with nuance.
The tweeter is supported by two 140 mm MDS woofers , delivering deep bass and a balanced midrange. The combination of sensitive tweeters and powerful woofers enables a harmonious, dynamic sound from 34 Hz to 50 kHz.
The aluminum enclosure combines excellent acoustic properties with a sophisticated appearance. The C-shaped enclosure profile and flush-mounted front panel underscore the elegant design of the Premium 701, while the elliptical shape, designed by Swiss designer Stephan Hürlemann , lends the speakers a particularly slim and stylish appearance.
The innovative design of the LDR3056 ribbon tweeter features a wafer-thin diaphragm, newly developed suspension, and optimized magnet system, ensuring higher efficiency, wider bandwidth, and outstanding linearity. The result is precise, brilliant reproduction that remains neutral even at high volumes.
