The relatively compact in-ceiling loudspeaker CCM8.5 D impresses with its best audio performance. It is equipped with a decoupled 25 mm diamond dome tweeter and a 180 mm Continuum cone woofer.
The incredibly precise tweeter chassis shines thanks to its stiff, light diamond dome with a clean, distortion-free high-frequency reproduction. In the bass and midrange, the optically dark Continuum bass-midrange driver of the CCM8.5 D ensures first-class reproduction. Both chassis are located in a continuously rotating mini baffle and can therefore be perfectly aligned - including the best audio performance.
The back box (built-in box) of the CCM8.5 D has our MatrixÖ construction, which gives it incredible stability and improves audio performance. There are bi-wiring cables on the installation box, which can be led to the loudspeaker terminal and connected via a multi-pin connector. The CCM8.5 D also fits in installation boxes that were developed for the original CCM8.5. The upgrade is child's play.
