After three years of research, Focal has developed a novel combination of exclusive technologies: a mix of beryllium for the latest generation of the IAL3 tweeter and flax for the bass/mid-range driver. The first impression of the sound is surprising: despite its small size, the speaker impresses with its solid bass foundation. If the Kanta N°1 is placed on a shelf or near a wall, the bass reproduction can be further optimized by inserting foam into the bass reflex port.
