AMATI TRADITION G5 FLOOR SPEAKERS
The 5th generation floorstanding speaker Amati exudes the visionary brilliance of Nicolo Amati, the Italian Renaissance luthier who understood the connection between artistic form and musical function. The new technology delivers balanced sound with stunning detail that matches the elegance of the Amati's exterior design.
The largest loudspeaker in the Homage series is a 3.5-way construction with two 220mm woofers, a 150mm midrange driver and a 28mm diameter dome tweeter. One of the two bass drivers is only responsible for the low bass range, the second also takes over the remaining low range until it is taken over by the midrange driver. The case consists of a total of nine layers of wood, which have been painstakingly polished and varnished.
