The Fathom f113v2 is a heavyweight subwoofer that fills even the most demanding rooms with powerful low frequency response and premium sound quality. The combination of an ultra-long-excursion W7 13.5-inch driver and a very powerful switching amplifier gives it a performance that can normally only be achieved with much larger subwoofer systems.
Featuring the same driver and amplifier technology as our flagship Gotham ® , the f113v2 offers excellent sound quality. Low distortion, excellent dynamic capabilities and a shocking depth allow you to experience all the excitement of the most demanding footage, while still being able to reproduce all the nuance and texture of subtle musical material.
The full range of signal processing features are easily accessible and adjustable on the front of each Fathom. These include a highly flexible low-pass filter, variable phase, switchable polarity, ELF trimming and the powerful Digital Automatic Room Optimization (DARO) system. A calibrated microphone for the DARO system is included. Input connections are via unbalanced RCA/Cinch connectors or balanced Neutrik ® Combo XLR/TRS jacks. Also included is an XLR output for connecting a second Fathom ® as a slave device.
